Lining is constructed of polyester mesh for comfort.
Two exterior waist-flapped pockets with snap closer - 7" W x 8" D.
Detachable and stowable hood.
Zipper and snap front closure.
One chest radio/phone pocket flapped with hook & loop closure - 3" W x 5" D with 1" gusset.
Vents on back for breathability.
Meets all levels of water protection, up to and including "waterproof" per ANSI/ISEA 107.
